SendRight™ certification
The SendRight™ Address Accuracy Programme includes a software certification process which allows address validation software developed by commercial or in-house software developers to be tested against published accuracy and quality standards. Software that is SendRight™ certified means it is officially approved to issue SOAs to mailers.
Data services providers and in-house software developers can apply to have their software SendRight™ certified by New Zealand Post. Once SendRight™ certified, suppliers can use the SendRight™ certified mark on their brochures and website. Download and complete the following documents:
Please note: you do not have to complete the New Zealand Post Account Form if you already have an account with New Zealand Post. |
| Step two: |
Fax or mail the above completed documents to the SendRight™ team at:

| Step three: |
The SendRight™ team will mail you the SendRight™ Certified information pack. |
| Step four: |
Email the SendRight™ team when you are ready for approval testing on software developed. The SendRight™ team will supply the Approval Test File via email and you will need to send your results file to the SendRight™ team within 5 working days. |
| Step five: |
SendRight™ team scores your results file and emails the results to you:
If your results file passes, the SendRight™ team will issue your SendRight™ Certificate and SendRight™ Certified logo.
If your results file fails, you will need to repeat step four until a pass is issued. |
